Poster Guidelines

Event Dates: 15 & 16 May 2026

  • Your poster must be displayed throughout the event, allowing delegates to view it during all event hours.
  • The exact location will be communicated in April 2026 (after your registration).

Abstract Listing

  • Abstracts will be grouped by topic, numbered, and listed in the programme.

Poster Attachment

  • Double-sided adhesive tape will be provided for mounting posters.
  • Do not use pins or 3M double-sided foam tape.

Poster Dimensions

  • Size: A0
  • Orientation: Portrait

Recommended Design Tips:

  • Leave a margin around edges so content is not covered by tape.
  • Use large, clear fonts (at least 13–16 pt for body text, larger for titles).
  • Organize content in sections or columns for easy reading.

Poster Content
Your poster should include:

  • Title, author(s), and institution
  • Short summary
  • Introduction, including background and objectives
  • Methodology
  • Summary of results
  • Conclusions
  • Tables, graphs, and images (coloured if possible)
  • Text must be readable from 1 meter away
  • The presenting author must include a Disclosure Slide provided by the Congress Secretariat

Poster Setup and Removal

  • Setup: 14 May 2026, between 08:00 – 10:00
  • Removal: 16 May 2026, after 18:45
  • Posters left after removal time may be discarded by the organisers.
