Dr. Tan Tong Leng is a Senior Consultant and Head of the Adult Reconstruction Service in Orthopaedic Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He concurrently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

Dr. Tan specializes in hip and knee arthroplasty, with a particular expertise in robotic-assisted and navigation-guided surgery, as well as complex joint replacements. A recognized leader in surgical education, he frequently serves as Course Chair and faculty for advanced arthroplasty training programs across the region.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tan spearheads the National Healthcare Group (NHG) Value-Based Care initiative for Total Knee Replacement. He is a strong advocate for Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols, focusing on the delivery of evidence-based care to optimize post-operative recovery and long-term rehabilitation outcomes for his patients.
