Dr. Diletta Fumagalli is a gynecologist with scientific interest on ovarian and endometrial cancer research. She completed her residency from the University of Milan-Bicocca, Italy. She joined Mayo Clinic, MN, USA in 2023 as research fellow. Before joining the European Institute of Oncology in Milan in 2025, she completed a six-month clinical/research fellowship at Imperial College London, UK. Dr. Fumagalli currently serves as an Early Career Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Gynecologic Cancer, and has accepted a new position as Postdoctoral Fellow at Houston Methodist, TX, USA under the mentorship of Dr. Pedro T. Ramirez, starting in 2026.
