Dr Gvantsa Kochiashvili is a final-year OB/GYN resident based in Georgia at Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy and a first-year PhD student at David Tvildiani Medical University, where she obtained her medical degree in 2020. Since 2021, she has been working as a junior doctor in the gynecologic oncology team led by Prof. Archil Sharashenidze at Caucasus Medical Centre, Tbilisi. She successfully passed the ESGO Examination in Gyneacological Oncology in 2023. She has completed an editorial fellowship of the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer (IJGC) under the mentorship of Dr Pedro T. Ramirez and currently serves as an early-career editorial board member and peer reviewer for IJGC.
