Joannie Neveu, MD, MSc, FRCSC is the division head of gynecologic oncology and an associate professor at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. She is also the Research Director for the department of Obstetrics and gynecology. She first completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery (MIGS) and followed with another one in gynecologic Oncology at Université de Montréal. She recently completed a masters in Health Economics at the London School of Economics and is currently pursuing a MBA at University of Toronto.
Her academic interests include surgical innovation, system transformation and leadership in women’s health with a focus on translating research into improved patient care and policy.
